An engineering company that works on your dock.
Hands On Smart Services started in engineering — designing solutions for vessels, machinery and demanding environments. HOSS Marine brings that to every repair, installation and custom project aboard.
We design systems, not just swap parts.
Marine air conditioning, refrigeration and power are connected systems. A failing A/C can be a raw-water problem, an electrical problem or a sizing problem — and replacing the unit won’t fix any of them. Our engineering background is why we look at the whole system before we touch a part.
The same discipline drives our own product development. We specify, prototype and test equipment for the conditions boats actually live in: salt, heat, vibration and limited power.
Projects in the United States, Colombia and the Middle East.
What we engineer
System design & sizing
Cooling loads per cabin, equipment selection and layout — so the system fits the vessel, not the catalogue.
Onboard power integration
DC, lithium battery and solar integration that lets cooling run without overloading the boat — at the dock or at anchor.
Retrofits & adaptation
Modern equipment into spaces designed for something else: mounting, ducting, plumbing and controls adapted.
Diagnostics
Methodical fault-finding across refrigeration, raw water, electrical and controls — the root cause, documented.
Water & pumping systems
Pumps and water treatment integrated with the vessel’s plumbing and power.
Product development
From specification to prototype: we develop our own products under the HOSS Power name.

HOSS Power — in development
We are developing our own line of products for marine and mobile use under the HOSS Power name, built on what we see failing in the field every week. Products will be announced here when they are ready — not before.
Have a problem the market doesn’t solve? Tell us about it. Custom solutions for individual vessels are often where our products begin.

One of our own projects: converting a 2003 Ford E-350 shuttle bus into a self-sufficient RV — solar generation, a lithium battery bank and an air conditioner that runs straight from the batteries, with no inverter. The same DC and lithium engineering now goes into boats.
