Questions boat owners ask
How fast can you get dockside?
We aim for same-day response across our marina coverage and prioritise vessels with no cooling. We give you a realistic arrival window, not an optimistic one.
Do you service my marina?
We cover marinas across Broward and Palm Beach — including Las Olas Marina, Bahia Mar, Pier Sixty-Six Marina, Lauderdale Marine Center, Hall of Fame Marina and more. Send us your slip and we’ll confirm.
What vessel sizes do you work on?
Vessels from 30–120 ft — sportfish, express cruisers and motor yachts.
Do you work on chilled-water and self-contained systems?
Yes — chilled-water plants, self-contained and split DX units, and their raw-water, electrical and control sides.
Do you give the price before starting?
Yes. We diagnose first and quote the repair before any work starts.
What certifications do you hold?
EPA 608 Certified · Insured, operating as Hands On Smart Services LLC. EPA 608 is the federal certification required to handle refrigerants.
